Therapy is a process based on emotional attunement between the therapist and the client(s). Clients often come for counselling because they want a change in their life or want to feel differently. Change is inevitable in life, but it can feel uncomfortable. Therapy works to support change in a supportive environment. As clients get clarity about the transitions they are experiencing, the changes they would like to make become more valuable and achievable. The desires for growth and attachment to those we love enable us to develop our full human potential.
